man its been a long time since i properly blogged and may i say, i miss blogging. hehs. lots of stuff have happened the past weeks. christmas has come and gone, i've been sacked after just one pathetic day of work, oh! and of course, OGL camp. it was fun and yes, new friends were made ( of course, that's the whole point for grace chen right? *lol )
christmas this year was kind of, nothing special. sure, i went to orchard countless of times just this month alone, saw the decorations and the lightings, received some cards and chocolates from friends, attended church services, even went for a party or two. but... the xmas spirit just eluded me. of course the whole commercialism of xmas has taken the xmas spirit out of xmas, but i expected to feel at least a tinge of it, y'knoe? but anyway, here's wishing evryone a belated merry x'mas :)
school's reopening soon. just a few more days and that's scary. i havent even touched most of my hol assignment la, can. but one thing's for sure as school reopens and i finally step into tpjc as a year two, ima gonna miss all the peeps who have graduated. those who have helped me when i needed it and those who were just there for girl talk. i dont really know many of the year ones this year 'cos socialising wasnt top of my priority this year, seeing what has happened last's. but i've also realised its not the number of friends you have - not the width, but the depth - how well you know your friend that matters.
alrigghht. i am officially broke. HP still owes me abt two hundred plus bucks for the job over a month ago and that job which i was sacked just aft one day owes me abt ninety bucks. where is the money??!
oh and have i mentioned i watched kungfu hustle twice in just a span of three days? i dont mean to gush but... stephen chow is cute! yes, for a forty-year-old he indeed has charm :D
